INTERESTED IN BECOMING A MEMBER?
Our door is currently open to new members, no matter their experience level. We are proud to bring together people who can share in all things gardening and community. Our goal is to be the source for gardeners and members for everything related to horticulture, landscaping and stewardship through local club meetings and events. Please take a few moments to tell us about yourself and indicate your level of interest in our Garden Club. We would like members to have an interest in gardening, actively participate in the Club's activities and plant sales, attend meetings regularly, promote the objectives of our Club and offer to share plants and gardening information with other members.
Dues:
Our membership dues are $10 per year payable in September.
Club Meetings:
Our general meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month September through May (no meetings June/July/August), and we typically meet from 10am to 12pm. Our monthly meetings are hosted by club members who plan an activity, guest speaker or other topic for the group. A typical meeting is held at either Sweet Water Park or the Oviedo Library on Division Street.
Plant Sales:
We have two plant sales annually to raise funds to support community projects. The sales take place in November and April, both are held the second Saturday of the month 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We ask that all members help to make these sales a success. Club members are needed to set up, sell plants and clean up. Most importantly, the plants we sell are contributed by members from their own gardens – home grown so to speak.
Please fill out this form and we will be in touch soon.
