Our Mission

Established in 1947, the Oviedo Garden Club has a long history of supporting and preserving gardens all while promoting the environment, conservation and civic beautification.  Our mission is to promote the knowledge of gardening, the importance of community, and to strive toward improving our environment for future generations. The Oviedo Garden Club proudly provides financial support to students, schools and organizations with goals and projects that complement our community priorities and spectrum of interests.

We are a close-knit group and like to keep our members informed on all of the latest news about Oviedo Garden Club. Check out our recent updates and announcements below.

Our monthly meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month September through May (no meetings June/July/August), and we typically meet from 10am to 12pm.  Our monthly meetings are hosted by club members who plan an activity, guest speaker or other topic for the group.  A typical meeting is held at either Sweet Water Park or the Oviedo Library on Division Street.
